On 18th July 2022, a truckload of inverters and storage batteries of SolaX NL Company B.V. was stolen on the way to Czech Republic from Nrtherlands. Since the covered goods amount and value too big, the Netherlands police has registered this criminal case for investigation. During the investigation period, SolaX Power would like to offer a reward if anyone can provide a useful clue.

At the same time, each SolaX Power product has a unique serical number, its installation address can be promptly traced through SolaX's monitoring system once it is installed. SolaX Power hereby declares that will not provide effective warranty, technical support as well as after-sales service for the any products acquired unofficial and illegal purchasing channels. In addition, SolaX Power will reserve the rights to investigate and affix the responsibility for these stolen goods.
